This is also the quietest motor in the game. The tight tolerances and bearings in the frame will give you next level smoothness. You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend getting the front rack! It’s a game changer!
I haven’t received my bike yet but when I email with a question sometimes I receive a reply within 24hrs and other times I have to email them again to get a response. Unfortunately there is no phone number to call for support. The phone number on the website is for the warehouse not customer service. They will get back to you but you have to remember that there is a 12hr time difference and that they are a new company and there will be growing pains
