Returns & Cancellations

You can Cancel a Pre-Order If:

• The order was placed within 10 days, AND
• No shipping label has been created.

If more than 10 days have passed or a shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel your order. Please refer to the Return Policy below.

Cancellations:

• If you meet the cancellation requirements，you can cancel your order by contacting us via email. Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a response from our team.
• Cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Returns:

30-Day Return Policy

You can return your bike within 30 days, provided it meets the following conditions:

• The odometer reads less than 10 miles.
• The bike is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• The return includes all original accessories (charger, keys, etc.).

You are responsible for round-trip shipping costs、packaging and a 25% restocking fee . If the bike is damaged or improperly packaged, the cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Return Policy (14 Days)

Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused bikes within 14 days. You are responsible for both round-trip shipping costs (including original shipping and return shipping)

Battery Returns

Due to shipping restrictions on high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, battery purchases are non-returnable.

Please verify your shipping address carefully. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or because you refused delivery, Magician will treat it as a “return” as described above. You are responsible for round-trip shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
