As a Magician Ambassador, you’ll create content, share your riding experience, and offer test rides — all while helping riders discover why Magician bikes are the best choice. To be an Ambassador, you must own a Magician bike and be ready to provide test rides to interested riders.

Your information will be featured on our official map, so local riders can easily find and contact you for test rides. As an Ambassador, you represent the Magician brand and help spread our brand values to a wider audience.

Earn 5% commission on every bike sale (5% of the bike price, excluding shipping and taxes).

Magician Ambassador Agreement

1) Services; Independent Relationship
Ambassador agrees to use reasonable efforts to support the promotion of Magician eBikes and assist potential customers through product introduction and optional test ride experience.
Ambassador's responsibilities may include:
(a) Introducing Magician eBikes to potential customers and sharing personal riding experience;
(b) Providing test ride opportunities to interested customers when feasible, using Ambassador's own Magician eBike;
(c) Sharing a unique Affiliate Link/ Coupon Code or referral method provided by Magician for tracking purchases;
(d) Ensuring safe and responsible use of the eBike during any test ride;
(e) Maintaining communication with potential customers and assisting with basic product understanding.
Ambassador is not required to follow a fixed schedule or sales target. All activities are voluntary and based on Ambassador's availability.
For clarity, Ambassador is an independent partner and not an employee, agent, or representative of Magician. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment relationship.

2) Compensation
As compensation for the services provided, Ambassador will receive a commission equal to 5% of the net final sales price of each Magician eBike purchased through the Ambassador's Affiliate Link or assigned referral method.
"Net final sales price" refers to the total purchase price excluding shipping fees, taxes, and any applied discounts or promotions.
Commission will be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in the Magician Affiliate Program. Ambassador must register for the affiliate program and provide confirmation to Magician to be eligible for commission payments.

3) General Guidelines
Ambassador should present accurate and honest information about Magician products;
Ambassador may not make false claims, misleading statements, or unauthorized promises on behalf of Magician;
Any official promotions, discounts, or campaigns must be approved by Magician before being shared.
