Magician Rider Test Use Agreement & Liability Waiver

Thanks for agreeing to participate in the Magician Test Ride Program! We're excited for you to experience our eBikes and appreciate your interest in riding with Magician.

This Rider Test Use Agreement & Liability Waiver becomes effective once you acknowledge these terms and submit the test ride request form.

By participating in the program, you agree to the following:

1) Use and Return of the Bicycle
You agree to take temporary possession of a Magician eBike (the "Bicycle") provided by a Magician Ambassador or representative, and to return the Bicycle promptly after the test ride in the same condition as received.

2) Authorized Rider Only
You agree that you will be the sole operator of the Bicycle during the test ride. You will not allow any other person to ride, operate, or use the Bicycle under any circumstances.

3) Safe and Lawful Operation
You agree to operate the Bicycle in a safe, responsible, and controlled manner at all times, and to comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and traffic rules.

4) Condition of Bicycle
You agree to return the Bicycle in good working condition, without damage beyond normal wear and tear. You acknowledge that you may be responsible for any damage caused during your use.

5) Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
You understand that riding an electric bicycle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injury, disability, or death.

By participating in this test ride, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the Bicycle.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Magician Ebikes, its affiliates, ambassadors, partners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Bicycle.

You further agree not to bring any legal action or claim against Magician Ebikes or its associated parties in connection with any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the test ride.
